No, but all of the classes are suitable for beginners. Just turn up and work at your own pace.


Yes you will need to bring your own gloves. Anything from 10-16oz boxing gloves will be fine. 


You can book a class by clicking "BOOK NOW!" on the main page or book via Facebook/Instagram and make sure you give my pages a follow. 


Don't worry I can offer you a variety of different exercises so we can train towards your goals.


I would recommend around 2-3 times per week but you know yourself best so start off easy and schedule your next class based on how your body feels after each session.
