BOMB CIRCUIT

The original - 3x10 minute rounds of bag work and a mixture of exercises on the circuit to get you burning plenty of calories! Then speed work on the bags and always a finisher to end the class!

BAGS & ABS

12 x 2-minute rounds combining bag work with 12 core exercises.

Hit the bags for 1minute, a core exercise for 1 minute, then a 30-second rest.

Finish with speed punches to end the workout.

RUMBLE CIRCUIT

To start - 10x2 minute rounds split between bag work and 10 different exercises, always mixed up each class. To finish - 2 bonus rounds of bags and body weighted exercises/abs to finish the rumble!
