The original - 3x10 minute rounds of bag work and a mixture of exercises on the circuit to get you burning plenty of calories! Then speed work on the bags and always a finisher to end the class!
Partner work on the pads. A fun way to workout, working the full body! The class is also designed to help you learn the correct boxing technique for throwing your punches.
To start - 10x2 minute rounds split between bag work and 10 different exercises, always mixed up each class. To finish - 2 bonus rounds of bags and body weighted exercises/abs to finish the rumble!
